Company's directors are Omprakash Chhaparwal, Krishnagopal Chhaparwal, Harish Chhaparwal and Rajgopal Chhaparwal.

Company's expertise lies in Uniform fabrics, pocketing fabrics, Cotton drills, printed suiting fabrics, and 100% cotton shirtings. Fabric is manufactured at Ichalkaranji and marketed pan India.
